Management

Jose Castillo Chouza
Extensive background in the management of manufacturing companies. He has over twenty years of experience as CEO of one of the largest plastic manufacturing companies in Latin America where he managed over 700 employees. Mr. Castillo has been involved in the oil and gas industry for the past four years and currently serves as a board member and owner of a frac operation that services oil and gas wells primarily in the north central Texas region. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico.


Jose Castillo Alonso
Mr. Castillo-Alonso is a specialist in the field of business technology. His expertise includes network analysis, design, information organizational solutions, implementation, data systems, and tech support. He is recognized for his strong interpersonal skills throughout the IT field, where he has consulted primarily for many operations in Mexico. Mr. Castillo-Alonso is a graduate from Universidad Iberoamericana, where he received his bachelors degree in electronic and communications engineering.

Aleksander Prebensen
SMU graduate with a Masters in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management. His entrance into the field of mediation and negotiation started at the Dallas County Dispute Resolution center where he mediated a variety of cases as well as implementing a new system design theory to increase the county case load and settlement rate. During his masters work Aleksander was an employee at the center for American and International law where he gained experience in the international business arena. He also has a bachelor's degree in political science from Saint Edwards University.


Consultants

Jake D. Herod
University of Oklahoma graduate with a BBA from the highly recognized Energy Management and Strategic Management program in 2003. Received his CPL from the six (6) year rigorous certification process, where less than 5% of land professionals receive this unique designation. Mr. Herod's latest tenures included Hunt Oil Company and Chesapeake Oil with a small amount of time working for smaller independents such as Hallwood Petroleum and Western Oil & Gas. Initiated approaches that ranged from strategic/conservative to ultra aggressive methods for advancing the mineral rights and leaseholds of each operation. Transactions covered over eighteen (18) states.


Ron Thompson
Over sixteen years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a petroleum engineer. His background skills include well planning, engineering, drilling, completion, production operations, safety meetings, well log analysis, and corporate presentations to a large number of clients with horizontal and vertical oil wells, natural gas wells, H2S acid injection wells, and saltwater disposal wells primarily in Texas and Louisiana.


Bryan Harveston
Over fifteen years experience in the oil and gas industry. He was part of a start up oil an gas operation that pioneered a natural gas property which was sold, then resold for over $695 million to Exxon Mobil/ XTO. Mr. Harveston is a board member and owner of a frac company who has funded over $75 million in prospects and service companies through private equity resources. He is involved in a 955,149 acre oil development project in Australia and is also a board member of a local charity called Orphan Angel International Foundation.


Freddy Nixon
Over 32 years of oil and gas industry experience primarily in operations, construction, drilling, workovers, and production services. Mr. Nixon employed over 200 workers through 2008 that specialized in providing complete well hook-ups, drilling and completing oil and gas wells, reworking oil and gas wells, servicing and installing equipment for saltwater disposal wells, building pad sites for well locations, setting up battery tanks, connecting wells into gas gathering systems, and operating wells for various large and small clients.
